This work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. I hold formal qualifications in counselling, therapeutic support, and creative facilitation, and I’m registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) as a Level 4 Member and member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT)
